The Washington DC metro area is a great place for a photographer to reside and has afforded the opportunity to live among the monuments, churches and architecture for which people from all over the USA and the world travel to visit.
Photo subjects are not just limited to the arts and architecture of Washington DC, but include neighboring towns such as Baltimore and locales in other states
including Ohio and Virginia.
There is a biographical component to my subjects
as they are all places I have lived worked and resided
over the course of time, which includes personal photos.
I have a keen interest in the use of photography as a tool in documentation of objects and processes, as evidenced by the Gallery and Projects pages and
