I believe this to be a good example of a modern baluch storage bag, or perhaps more apprproiately, a pushti or pillow, owning to the elaborate tassels affixed to the sides as decor (?).
What it lacks in range of color it compensates in boldness of design, and this vibrant red, which I would assume to be of synthetic dyes at this point in time, but of good quality. I suspect it of some Taimani related group, owning to the simple rugged design and coarse weave...
