Went to school with Tony Litz, proprietor of Victor Litz Music in Gaithersburg Md. Victor Litz Music Center used to be located on N. Frederick Ave and near the Hair Bar, Pizza Hut and Village Green restaurant and across the street from The Golden Bull and Freestate Apts. The Upper Montgomery County region has seen expontential growth in the last couple decades so it's safe to assume a steady stream of aspiring musicians moving forward into the future.
